Elise Marinos is the proud owner of Drab to Fab Organizing. She got her start as a Human Services professional and when her 10 – year career in that field ended, she leveraged her organizational skills and proven talent for design and streamlining processes to launch her own professional organizing company. Having grown up with a mother and brother who are challenged with Attention Deficient, Hyper-Activity Disorder, Elise learned early on about the importance of creating structure, routines, and the absolute necessity of being organized.

These early experiences and learned coping skills make Elise a keen problem-solver and professional organizer. By enabling clients to see blind spots, she assists them to look at spaces with fresh eyes and learn new behaviors to prevent clutter. Because Elise illuminates the link between the clutter in our homes and the clutter in our lives, her clients are then able to make the connection between the new freedom, function, and energy flow created in their homes and what begins to open up and manifest in their lives!

Elise is a distinct member of the National Association of Professional Organizers. She brings her eye for design to organization, making the results both functional and fabulous. Elise earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Social Work at the California State University, Long Beach. She is an experienced facilitator and trainer in Diversity and Cross-Cultural Education; She has studied many forms of religion/philosophy and considers herself a Spiritual Being having a human experience.  In her down time, Elise likes to watch all the “make-over” shows on HGTV (Home & Garden Television), creates beautiful flower arrangements, loves to dress up in stylish clothes, spends time with valued friends and has recently committed to become a fluent Spanish-Speaker!
